Mohamed Akeel

I am Mohamed Akeel from Sri Lanka, currently following my Master degree in Riga Technical University. I did my O/L in St. Anthony’s College-Wattala, and A/L in Maths in Zahira College-Colombo. Since I was interested in studying Aviation as the field of my higher studies, I enrolled in Riga Technical University, Latvia. I feel that my decision to select RTU was the best choice I made. My bachelor degree was very detailed with a good amount of practice included. Furthermore, the course fee is also much affordable if compared to other universities which offer Aviation study programs. And there is an additional benefit of getting access to EASA Part 66 license exams as well. Apart from the university, the residential areas and the day to day expenses are favorable and manageable for students. With the quality of studies, affordable life and the wide range of cultural familiarization present, it truly is a unique and a wonderful experience.
